TCM: It is an ancient way of healing, originated and developed in China. Today it is a very well recognized and established therapy across the globe. In 2019, WHO has also recognized TCM as an alternative method of healing. Acupuncture is the most popular drugless treatment under TCM. Though its well established, still not legally recognized in many countries, including India. Countries which recognize TCM has formal degree and diploma courses from the Government approved institutions. In India, only MBBS doctors can do needling. Thus, despite a well-established therapy, it is difficult to practice TCM.
Sujok Acupuncture: It is a wonderful way of healing invented by Prof Park Jae Woo. Sujok gives complete body correspondence on the Palm. Even TCM Meridian points have correspondence at palm. The energy healing of Sujok is very effective and result oriented. But the study of energy system of Sujok is very complicated and need lot of practice to gain complete expertise. There are about 8 levels of Sujok which has to be completed before becoming a certified healer. Furthermore, a significant amount has to be invested in the course fee as well.
Agarwal Energy Concept & Colour Therapy (AECCT): It is based on the Qi of the human body or absorption of the cosmic energy by Chakras, Meridians, and Organs etc. which is crucial for the normal functioning of the body. Prof Sunil Agarwal, through his three decade long experience has developed a unique way of balancing energy by colours on TCM meridians, Sujok Byol Meridian, or body parts. It has brought a revolution in holistic medicine by establishing ‘colours as medicine’.
In order to learn AECCT, you just need to have basic knowledge of Human anatomy, TCM Meridian, Sujok Byol Meridian, and energy points based on five element theory. A 15 hour Foundation course can teach you the basics of these therapies and subsequent advances courses can teach practical applicability of colours. Through investment of 50 hours in 4 level courses one can easily become a healer.
